My Path 2 Healing

My belief - healing is a path. One that we each deserve. And it's purpose - to unlock our true and authentic self.

My path has been all over the place. Sometimes it looked like that sloth from Zootopia - painfully sloooooooooooowwww. Other times its been surprising, freeing, and joyful. And every f-ing thing in between.

In hindsight, every step really was worth it.

Maybe you can say that too - or maybe you're at a stage you'd like to punch LIFE in the throat. Either way - I see you. I love you. And I'm excited to be on this journey with you. Hopefully something we share here will help you on your path.
